One Call’s monthly rolling contract is a real winner — it gives me the flexibility I want without locking me into anything long-term. That alone makes it stand out in a crowded market. I’m also a big fan of the web chat feature — every time I’ve had a question or needed something sorted, it’s been handled quickly, clearly, and without any drama. No waiting around, no endless phone menus — just solid, efficient service. Overall, the Platinum service has been excellent. Easy to manage, responsive when needed, and exactly the kind of straightforward, customer-first approach that more companies should aim for. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025

I have been with One Call for a number of years, and have had a couple of claims within that time too. Claims have always been easy to log, and sorted quickly. I have found their online customer portal to be easy to navigate, it gives me what I need, and its all very convenient. The price is usually about average - I have found that cheaper quotes tend not to give me the same extra benefits, and so you should check those! Currently on the Platinum membership which means I only have a one month rolling contract with a small monthly payment. The chat feature on the website is great for me - no more waiting in phone queues! The person on the other end usually has full access to everything they need to sort my query, and most of the time this is done within just a few minutes. I would recommend them. I like the easy nature of the website, the 'online'ness' of it all and how I can do a webchat instead of calling on the phone - that way, no call queues! Documents are easy to download, and payment is easy. My only gripe was when I needed to call on the phone once, it wasn't quite as slick - but I went with them because I wanted the web chat feature, so not really surprising I guess... They are also relatively competitive, but like other insurance companies, if you don't ask, you don't get - so be sure to webchat at your renewal to see if they have given you the best deal as the likelihood is - they haven't! I like this insurance company, and I would recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
