After learning our daughter had bowel cancer my wife and I had to cancel our holiday we put a claim in to Avanti at first they didn't agree with our claim but I gave them some more precice dates which they agreed with and they gave us a full refund which we were very pleased with. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
