Don't botherswitching.

Having the same problem. Recently switched and my pension is 2 weeks late. Sent a secure message and reply was that they could see no sign of it in my Marks c/a transactions. Yes, that's why I contacted you !!! What a joke. Phoned customer services to ask how I could deposit money or cheques. She hadn't got a Scooby what I was asking for.
