Satisfied Customer

This is one of the best cards I have ever used. The app is easy to navigate and user friendly and allows the customer to have full control over their spending and also view their account at any time. The features are very up to date with excellent security such as being able to freeze your card if it goes missing or is lost. I am very happy with my Zopa and have recommended it to others. Great Customer Service

My experience with the customer advisor at Protect Line was very satisfactory . Everything was explained to me thoroughly and all questions and queries that were raised were answered without hesitation. Throughout I was continually reminded that everything discussed was my choice and there was no pressure to comply. I was actually having an awful morning when they called however my advisor (Charlie) was cheerful , polite and very patient with me. I have already recommended this company to my friends & family.
