keep me informed, easy to contact , friendly and knowledgeable

I am not married to the internet and despite the extra time and work required the staff always confirm any agreement made in hard copy as well as electronically. When I had problems and needed, due unforeseen circumstances required a temporary change to my policy, this was handled smoothly with a lot of understanding and and knowledge.
