Great so far - even if payouts were a little bit slow

Our claim went through with no major problems. The only downside was that our claim took a month from the date we had to pay the vet to when we received the money back which meant that we were down nearly £500 for a month. Not all of this was the Insurance Emporium's fault - it took half that time for the vet to even send over the paperwork, but it would have been less stressful had the process been quicker from start to finish (we got to the point where we had £2 left at the end of the month to live on!)
