incompetente

someone crushed into my car, the police after investigation gave the fault to third party, but Esure still charged me for all the repair and also charge me extra the following year and I am still pay extra with an other insurance company due to esure not clearing my claim. don't use them, they lost all reports from police and they told me that they could not do anything about it.
