Slippery

Claim refused as the leak problem could have been going on since previous policy. Pointed out previous 2 years policies also dealt with by same underwriter after their loss Adjuster suggested I contact previous insurers, One Call. Before that insured with Swinton. All these companies use Davies Group as underwriter. I've been told by my loss assessor this company is notoriously awful and will pretty much ignore me and just suggest I go to insurance tribunal in the end if I'mnot happy. I have borrowed funds for work required anyway and maybe I'll get a positive outcome in around 3 years time if I'm lucky.
