Good But There Are Better Options Available

Never had a problem with these guys; always very professional. The constant reminders to pay your minimum amount (via email and text) when you actually pay by direct debit every month are a little annoying. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Top Customer Service, but needs to be quicker

Customer service is very professional, but as is usually the case with large organisations, getting through to somebody can take a very long time. Shame. Reviewed on: 20th February 2024

Absolutely No Problems Here

I found it tricky getting a credit card due to a bad credit rating, but Cashplus made the whole experience very straightforward; I had the whole thing set up within a couple of days. Never had any problems with the running of my account. I had to contact customer services once to have an online purchase verified — done within seconds. Absolutely no problems here.
