Fantastic service

I love going to the Basingstoke branch. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Cassie in particular takes the time to explain everything clearly and goes above and beyond when dealing with any questions or queries I have had. She also remembers little details like a few weeks ago I was going to visit my daughter and on my next visit she asked how I got on. A very high level of personal service which is sadly lacking from a lot of companies these days. Keep up the excellent work. Reviewed on: 20th October 2021
