What banking?

I’ve been with HSBC for my personal account since it took over the Midland Bank. I’ve had my business account for over 15 years. They’ve closed so many branches it’s ridiculous, leaving me with a choice of 2 branches. 2 weeks ago I went to the most local bank…. It was shut for ‘refurbishment’…. Couldn’t they have done that BEFORE they shut several other local branches? Today I went to pay in my cash and cheques and get some change for my small business and they were open, yaaaay...
