Fantastic and caring company

Our 18 month old feline Loki has had very scary few months, he was admitted to an animal hospital with worries of a tumour on his lungs. Thankfully he has feline asthma. Pet plan were amazing. They paid the hospital directly so we didn’t have to pay any fees. They have paid every claim we have ever put in and there was never any hassle. We will never leave Petplan as they have been amazing at such a scary time and have never gave us any hassle when claiming. Brilliant insurers who generally care about their clients.
