Very understanding and reliable

Since the start of the pandemic, the Petplan procedure has changed and the vet deals with the claim now. It is much easier this way and saves me times. I pay the excess and the admin fee to the vet and Pet Plan do the rest. When I have a query the person on the phone is very understanding and listens to any thing I am not sure about and is very helpful. I feel safe to continue insurance for Kiki our cat.
