Scammers

I sold my bike so I needed to cancel my policy, I had well over 6 months left and my policy was over £1000 now the refund I received was £162 after their fees, how is that ok. When I complained I was met with a smug and rude customer services agent, please stay away from this company I can’t believe they can charge what they do for cancellations.
