Wrong evaluation

After having my mortgage amended to another property and approved. Santander after 6 weeks evaluated the previous property instead of the current one im buying. The stress and delays is affecting my mental health. I get pushed from one advisor to another. Nobody takes any ownership. You might think you are getting a good rate trust me it isnt worth it.
