Super efficient with claims, very easy to claim. Staff are caring, friendly, and professional. Would not insure with anyone else

I have four pets insured with Petplan, 3 cats and a dog. Petplan has been so efficient I have only needed minimal contact with them as there are never any issues. They have made the claims process so simple, and for someone like me who isn’t a fan of calling and speaking on the phone they are a dream. They are keeping up with the current climate and are definitely the best insurance company I have ever used. Reviewed on: 17th November 2021
