Little or no communication

Little or no communication, Insure4Boats abdicated responsibility for processing my claim to Mac Marine and the nominated boat repairer. I do not know the correct procedures, so I am disappointed with the way Insure4Boats dealt with my boat repair and their lack of explanation of the processes involved. Cooperative Insure4Boats agent.

Cooperative Insure4Boats agent who set the claim in motion with minimal fuss. Soon was put in contact with an approved repairer and my damaged boat is being collected and returned. The guilty party will end up paying for the damage caused. Reviewed on: 19th August 2025

Excellent service and payments

Several accidents but rapid insurance repayment handled in conjunction with the veterinary practice made the traumas less traumatic thanks to Petplan. Reviewed on: 21st November 2021
