Review of the Post Office, Travel insurance:

Do Not Use PO Travel Insurance. A disgrace!!!

We purchased a Premium policy thinking it was underwritten by the Post Office. Its not, its with The Collison group and Great Lakes. We had to cut short our trip to India due to C19 last March. We could not contact anyone to help with advice about our policy and what we were covered for if we returned early. We made the decision to try and return early as there was no certainty about flights in the future. Great Lakes will not pay us for any unrecoverables and will not give me policy wording for when i took out policy. We were being thrown out of our hotel and had to make quick decisions with no support for Great lakes. We saved them a lot of money by coming home early. Will never use the Post Office again.
