I regret opening up a buiness account

I regret ever opening up a business account with CASHPLUS. Avoid at all costs. There are 299 better banks in the UK, than CashPlus There is a common theme in all the complaints on this thread. My experience with this bank as a customer is they are not willing to provide you with service, are misleading, and misrepresent their International processing bank. Cashplus hold on to large payments and misdirect their customers that the funds are elsewhere. Their call center/customer services team (Joke of a title - Customer services) direct you to their website and use the same script.
