If I could rate 0 I would. I purchased my car with a 6 month warranty, today went to get my rear windscreen wiper repaired (states in the autoguard warranties policy windscreen wipers and mechanics are covered) and was told by 3 separate sales men from autoguard that this element is not covered due to water damage (which was not and could not be proven just assumed). The sales men were putting words into my mouth and also lied to me about what my mechanic had said. They basically said they would not pay for the wiper to be fixed because they ASSUME it would be caused by water damage. I am utterly disgusted with this customer service and will be taking this further as this company DO NOT provide the full service that they CLAIM to offer. Look else where this business is a SCAM.
