Forget it if actually want help

Tried to contact them about my breakdown cover . Got generic email back a week later. None the wiser! Tried to phone.. JOKE. Waited 52 minutes listening to drivel about their company. I still dont have the help I need. Absolute waste of space. NEVER AGAIN. Back to a reputable company next year. (I wonder if they pay comparison websites for recommendations...?)
