NOT 'lightning speed' or 'pronto' service!!

Took this cover based on good reviews- not my experience! Took 9 days to look at my washer repair claim, no returned calls, no replies to Twitter posts, no acknowledgement of my complaint & policy cancellation. Very poor - Over promised & under delivered big time. Moved to British gas, washer fixed in 3 days, brilliant. Reviewed on: 20th September 2017
