out of the box not fit for purpose

trying to pay my corp tax and there seem to be a 10k cap on payments.... ok i thought like the personal account I'll do it in two goes... er no I can only pay 10k per day?.... from a business account!! witch i pay for the privilege of having, oh well here's to the next hour on the phone getting told because of covid we can't be bothered to man or staff the helpline to cope with the problems we have caused!
