Halifax is Appalling

My debit card was blocked. Phoned 4 days in a row. Kept holding on for a total of 8 hours with no reply. That’s 8 hours wasted of my life for NOTHING. All l heard was a recorded message saying they are helping other customers. What a joke-what customers, really l find that difficult to believe. When l eventually spoke to Peter in personal banking who arrogantly said to me ‘l can’t help you what do you expect me to do’. He then put the phone down on me. I still can’t not use my debit card and am now moving banks. Reviewed on: 23rd December 2021
