Wonderful Service - Great Mortgage Options!

In most cases people write reviews if the service has not met their standards or just general issues. We often forget to comment on the things Companies are doing right. I wanted to take a small amount of my time to write a positive review, both about your Company and one of your employees. My Mortgage was coming up for review and I was contacted by Newbury Building Society, specifically the Mortgage Adviser - Rose Hallett. Rose provided fantastic service, listening and understating my needs and spending time going through all my options. I had the Mortgage offer through only a few days later, with an additional email from Rose explaining everything we went through on our call. I don't normally expect these types of processes to be so efficient and easy as I experienced here. I would highly recommend Newbury Building Society to anyone looking for a Mortgage.
