Moneyfarm have always made investments suitable for me. Their profiling questionnaire that you update annually ensures your investments are always right for you. The platform is easy to use, provides you with all of the information you need and more, in a way that is not obtrusive or obstructive to using it. When required, an advisor can be spoken to within 24 hours and whenever they are doing something for you, you get regular updates on what is going on. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024

Good Experience, easy to use

Moneyfarm is a platform that makes investing easy. Their questionnaire is easy to fill in and provides a solid recommendation for a risk profile suited to you. This can be tweaked if you want to be a little more or less adventurous. At any time, you can email and get a response within 24 hours, or schedule a phone call with an advisor to discuss any particular requirements or queries. You are kept up to date with both what they are doing with your money, and also the broader decisions they take and why they take them.
