Easy to sign up Nightmare if you need to claim

Took travel insurance with Good to Go. Easy to sign up and for them to get my money. Had to cancel a trip to Australia because of a family bereavement. Absolute nightmare trying to get my claim through. It felt like every obstacle possible was put in my way and it took months and a lot of pain and grief to get a refund. Plenty of 5 star reviews but most relate to the signing up process not when they needed to make a claim. Would not recommend Reviewed on: 14th September 2023

Friendly polite and knowledgable Staff

Had an enquiry regarding my investments and was talked through the options by polite and friendly staff who had plenty of knowledge on the options available and resolved to my complete satisfaction Reviewed on: 5th January 2022
