Excellent customer service

The customer service is excellent - always helpful and warm, a big difference to the all other banks on the high street. I once waited over 2 hours to getsomeehing sorted out, before I CHANGED to STARLING, now its 5 mins and while they filled in some details I was provided with a cuppa. Its a great bank and it does what others dont; it provides really pesonal, attentiivie service. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Outperforms every other bank

In every detail considers the customer and goes the extra mile. Gives great value. A totally different experience to other banks. Only First Direct has better telephone customer service, but in terms of everything else Starling outperforms every other bank by far. Reviewed on: 11th January 2022
