Best banking experience

We moved our business banking somewhat reluctantly from our previous provider on the back of a financial inducement. Our previous bank was not bad and we feared mistakes and confusion on changeover and difficulties in getting used to a new banking entrant. Our fears were misplaced. Starling have been absolutely flawless. Their system is modern, efficient and completely intuitive. The security processes prior to changeover were reassuring and easy including the video facial technology. Day to day use could not be easier. Everything is easily available, quick and clear. Our personal banking used to be the market leader having been one of the first into telephone banking. They are now floundering in the wake of Starling and, unless they make changes quickly (something they promise), will struggle to survive in this market. I do hope Starling can maintain this standard of service as they inevitably grow as others appreciate how good they are. Reviewed on: 11th January 2022
