Business banking simplified

I opted to bank with Starling as at the time I was setting up my business they were one of the few banks opening new business accounts at the time the major high street providers all having waiting times of up to 3 months. I am very impressed with the service I receive from Starling with the majority of day to day tasks easily achieved via the phone app. On the few occaisions I have had to contact their customer service team, their staff have been helpful and shown a wilingness to take ownership of the issue and quickly provide an answer to questions I have asked. I would be happy to recomend them to anyone looking to open an account. Reviewed on: 11th January 2022
