Starling Bank give easy functionality and great service

I won’t name my previous bank but they couldn’t be contacted outside of business hours and as a small business this was frustrating and made life very difficult. Starling are the exact opposite with their app being easy for a technophobe to use and someone always being available to help. They are truly customer focused and value me (or at least make me feel valued which is to me the same thing). I have nothing negative to say about them! Reviewed on: 11th January 2022
