A new concept in banking - excellent customer care!

I was a personal and business account holder for over 30 years with a famous Scottish bank. They never answered the phone, had an irritating computer to answer questions AND encouraged me to move my business account. I find Starling simply superb - friendly, helpful, responsive and communicative. Excellent bank. One of my sons has also recently opened a business account with them too.
