None of the frustrations that I and colleagues experienced with legacy banks

From the very start, Starling has refused to behave like the bureaucratic, inflexible technologically compromised legacy banks. But seriously, every system and every person I deal with at Starling seems to be focused on making business banking easy, so I can get on with serving my customers. For other organisations I still use business banking from a couple of other high street banks and whilst their apps look glossy on the outside, they are clearly not even close to Starling's efficiency and smooth processes behind the scenes. Very capable technology and attentive service

I switched my personal bank account to Starling some years ago and was very impressed with the capabilities of the app, particularly compared to the experience I had of three high street banks at different times/companies. When Starling launched business banking for limited companies I jumped at it and have never been disappointed. The only problem is that other financial services organisations are unable to meet the same high standards for products which Starling doesn't offer. Reviewed on: 11th January 2022
