Review of the Starling Bank, Business Account:

They asked very few questions but they were ones that should be asked. Speed was great in dealing with our request.

I was with a main High Street Bank one of the BIG 4 I had an account for 19 years I wanted to open another Business Account. They said the Business department had closed where I lived but I could go to one 18 miles away make an appointment which was done. Drove there parked up waited for 30 mins to be told the person doing interviews was called away to see a client in Chelmesford. So I thought well what shall I do they said we can make an appointment in two weeks. I said no that is fine and went on line and had my account sorted in 48 hours Reviewed on: 11th January 2022
