UNLAWFUL FRAUDULENT COMPANY

This company are running a scam and taking advantage of vulnerable people. I have been paying a debt since 2020, concerned I was paying for a debt that's already been cleared; I asked how much debt I had left to pay; Sarah McDonough, the Account Manager, was unable to provide me with any formal documents to prove this. Instead, I was sent an email that I owed the exact amount she told me two years ago!! Luckily I have all email correspondence and will be reporting this fraudulent behaviour. I am disgusted and advise those with morals and standards to avoid this company at all costs. I will not be corresponding with them any further without legal representation. I had a very small debt for child care incurred due to job loss and illness. So for these thieves to take advantage of this is appalling. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022
