Fixed rate account

I have an account with Zopa but despite this I'm unable to open a fixed rate account.I'v attempted on a number of occasions to do this but each time their application page denies me as after I input my email address in it stated "you already have an account" I'v put in three email addresses and still get the same answer. I have given up and will be investing elsewhere.An email I sent about this problem 3 days ago remains unanswered. Reviewed on: 7th December 2022
