A very rare thing - a bank that runs on values.

A very rare thing - a bank that runs on values. I know how and where my money is being used due to Triodos' unparalleled transparency and openness. The feel more like a partner than a supplier/provider and I don't know anyone else who looks forward to their bank's AGM! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

A product that meets my needs and is in line with my values, excellent customer service, and the only bank I know where the customers look forward to and thoroughly enjoy the AGM! Reviewed on: 19th January 2023

Why wouldn't you bank with Triodos?

From setting up my savings account many years ago to transferring my business account more recently, Triodos has provided excellent customer service and a personal touch through their communications and AGMs. I don't know any customers of other banks that enjoy, let alone attend, their bank's AGM, which I have done since opening my first account. I am confident that my money is being used for good and that Triodos' policies and practices are fair and ethical. A shamefully rare occurrence in today's banking sector.
