I had to pay £600 up front for damage caused by a bird to the roof of a hire car, much to my shock and dismay. Covered2go sent me the money in a flash with no queries - then when the hire company refunded me some of the £600 I repaid the excess back to Covered2go with no problems - would never hire a car without their cover, ever!
