Always a pleasure to speak to Saffron staff

I contacted Saffron because I forgot my password...again. Ian was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and very, very patient. He helped me regain access to my accounts without making me feel like a fool. He is yet another example of a well-trained, polite and approachable member of the team.
