So happy I switched

I had been with Halifax for years and although no particular problems I felt they were somewhat old fashioned. Also after years of loyalty there were no rewards and I felt I wanted a change. Starling was recommended and I haven't looked back. The switch process was straight forward also there's always a way to contact someone with the chat option and any queries etc I have had have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I have been able to add a child space easily so my little boy has his own account and card. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
