Had my account 3 years and had no problems at all.

I opened my account around three years ago .And to be honest i just leave them to it .they know what they are doing .Well I've not lost any money at all,so far ,i have made one withdrawal which only took a couple of days .when i do ring them up with a question they do there Bert to answer it at that time.i would recommend them to many people but i think they are scared about something they have never done which is a shame .but I've never had any problems with them at all .so i will do what i do leave all the work to them ,and every now and then i take a look to see what's happening .And as long as I'm not loosing money I'm happy to leave them to it .so for me it's worries free to me . Easiest banking ever.

Starling is what every other bank should strive to be ,its so easy ,its unbelievable for a bank to be this easy ,especially with their spaces feature its the way all other banks should be ,need to talk to someone you can non of this you'll have to make an appointment with the manager,need someone there is an actual person on the other end,not a robot ,you ask them a question its answered with 5 minutes simple and easy all day and night banking,what's not to like 11 out of 10 as far as I'm concerned, well done and i hope you win . There is no problem with me saying that because it is ,I'm glad i moved my accounts to starling ,its the easiest bank account I've ever had ,there is noting you cannot do just fantastically easy. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
