Just the thing

I have been with Starling for a few years now. Banking with them has proved to be to the point, no fuss, no hassle. The app and their banking services have been extended since I first started so functionality and banking features are constantly improved/reviewed. The app is stable and it's easy to navigate to where you want to go. I'm very pleased with the introduction of their one year fixed interest saver account. The only reason I haven't given full marks is that - happily - I haven't encountered any banking problems that would have tested their customer services or technical helplines, and hence I can't comment on their performance in these areas. I'd be very happy to recommend banking with Starling to friends and family. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Handy. Smart. No fuss.

App works well. Great for peace of mind to be able to freeze card via the smartphone if necessary. Most transactions are instantly visible - no time wasted checking that payments have gone through etc. Starling seem to be focused on the business of banking and don't inundate customers with marketing emails etc. I cannot comment on chat function or other direct customer service features because I have had no cause to use them.
