Have been banking with Chase for nearly a year now and impressed by everything about their service. Simple and efficient and incredibly prompt increase in savings rate following the last BoE rate change. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

As good as it currently gets!!

Have found my RCI account easy to manage. I particularly like the fact that when the rates improve they pass that benefit on to existing customers rather than simply to entice new savers. Have found them to be helpful and courteous if needing assistance. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
