Excellent communication and service

Since opening a freedom savings account nearly 4 years ago, RCI has continued to offer competitive rates amongst some really challenging circumstances. They have been transparent through every rate change, and what I particularly like is that we receive the same rates as new customers do. The addition of the app a couple of years ago really enhanced their offering, as it is really easy to have access to my account and transfer funds quickly and easily. I would (and have) recommended RCI savings accounts to everyone. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
