10 years and still a satisfied customer

I have been a customer for around 10 years. The best online savings account I have ever held, offering easy access to my money. The app is excellent and easy to navigate, no bloating with adverts or unnecessary plugging of products. Very straightforward to use - on the few occasions I have needed to contact Customer Support, I have been welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable advisors and have always come away having had my issues solved and my questions answered. I have banked with RCI for over 9 years and am thoroughly satisfied with the Service. On the rare occasions that I have used Customer service, I have found them to be responsive, friendly and helpful.
