Would not hesitate to recommend

I have banked with RCI for over 9 years and am thoroughly satisfied with the Service. On the rare occasions that I have used Customer service, I have found them to be responsive, friendly and helpful. I like the App - it is useful and easy to use and since the introduction of Faster Payments, I highly recommend this bank Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

Not On The High Street

A happy customer for 6 years, I have always found this bank easy to deal with. Their Customer Service is friendly, efficient knowledgeable and to the point. The website is easy to navigate. and the App is great. I have no hesitation in recommending RCI Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
