Love the app, efficient customer service - a truly modern bank!

The app makes my life so much easier when it comes to banking. I never have time due to work to get to a bank, so being able to do everything from app is a huge timesaver. I love that I can see my card details from there too. The saving spaces I find particularly useful! Especially as your bank balance doesnt reflect these amounts so its easy to almost forget that money is there until I need it for the intended purpose it was saved for! My experience from customer service has also been excellent, easy to access, low waiting times. Changing personal and especially address details is so much easier than other banks. Easy but secure way to transfer large sums of money. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
