Great interest rate

It’s nice that you react to BOE rate rises fairly promptly and increase your rates accordingly (but alas not by quite as much!!) Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

Good account and app easy to use

Does what it needs to do but when wanting to pay a new person or company via the app you need the card reader which, while it does offer extra security, makes a mobile app less mobile unless you always carry the card reader with you. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
