Helpful banking for the elderly

I do most of my banking on line but when I have had to contact them for help, my problem has always been sorted out in a friendly and efficient manner. As an elderly person they took their time to explain in a simple and understandable way. I have no problem in contacting them as I know they will do their best to sort out any problem. Easy banking

Opened my account on line, very user friendly, no problems. Keep me informed and up to date on my account re changes in rates. Have now opened another 2 savings accounts with confidence in the company. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
