Competitive rate but app still has some features lacking

The rate is competitative, however the movement in and out of the account is clunky. It can take a couple of business days for transfers to land, and transfers must come from a nominated account that cannot be changed easily. The app is a massive improvement but lacks the full functionality available online, which feels slightly passe given some of the highly sophisticated apps available. No open banking option available which is disappointing. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
