The first savings bank I have used that contacts me to let me know my savings rate is going up without my having to open a new account or be a “New Customer “. Good rates and customer care. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025

Great bank

The only bank that thinks more about its customers than profits. It was slow to put its savings rates down but quick to put them back up lovely to get the email. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
